She consulted two astrologers Thomas Southwell and Roger Bolingbroke. All three were arrested, tried and found guilty. Eleanor denied most of the charges but confessed to obtaining potions from Margery Jourdemayne, 'the Witch of Eye'. Thomas Southwell died whilst in the Tower of London. Roger Bolingbroke was hanged, drawn and quartered. Margery Jourdemayne burned at the stake. On 18 Feb 1461 after the Second Battle of St Albans William Bonville 1st Baron Bonville (68) and Thomas Kyriell were beheaded after having protected Henry VI King England, II King France (39) during the battle. Margaret of Anjou Queen Consort England reneged on their immunity and tried them in front of her seven year old son Prince Edward who ordered them to be beheaded.
